Located in a charming 19th century building, with its original stone walls and sun filled courtyard reminiscent of luxurious riads, you are welcomed into a warm, modern setting where fragrances of saffron and orange blossom linger.
Tangia is rooted in a long tradition of a cuisine rich in flavors. With this new chapter, Dan Medalsy reconnects with his roots and honors his grand-mothers while offering us a cuisine which harmonizes Moroccan culture with local products.
Colored by the chef’s inspirations and enhanced with local products, Tangia offers the comforting flavors of childhood with a menu filled with hints of confit Meyer lemons, turmeric and olives. Traditional couscous and modern tagines are some of the dishes where contemporary ingredients blend endlessly with the sweet taste of dates and the sharpness of spices reflecting the hospitality of Morocco.
